Paul E. Mack – Extended Biography

Paul E. MackPersonal Injury attorney, Paul E. Mack, is known for his perseverance and tenacity in representing victims who suffered personal injuries due to the negligence of others. Since Mr. Mack passed the Bar in 1996, he has devoted many years to developing his knowledge, negotiation and trial skills in handling hundreds of personal injury cases.

Mr. Mack initially worked “Of Counsel” at Lynn A. Lubitz, P.A. from December, 1996 until approximately January, 2001. During this time, Mr. Mack handled a variety of personal injury cases ranging from auto accidents to slip and fall cases. In January, 2001, Mr. Mack joined the Law Firm of Hodes, Ulman, Pessin & Katz, P.A. in its Litigation Department. While at this Firm, Mr. Mack distinguished himself as an Associate for three (3) years providing top quality legal work to his clients, which resulted in him being elevated to a Member status in January, 2004. Member status at this Firm is equivalent to being a Partner. Mr. Mack continued to handle a variety of personal injury cases always with the goal in mind of providing exceptional customer service and the best results possible for his clients.

In January, 2005, Mr. Mack left Hodes, Ulman, Pessin & Katz, P.A. with another Member, Jason A. Shapiro, Esquire. Mr. Shapiro is Mr. Mack’s current Partner. Mr. Shapiro personally handled a variety of personal injury matters, and Mr. Mack was able to further develop the personal injury practice at Shapiro and Mack, P.A. with the assistance of Mr. Shapiro. Shapiro & Mack, P.A. strives to provide outstanding legal services to our clients. We strive to fully inform our clients, zealously represent them in Shapiro & Mack does not take all personal injury cases. Mr. Mack has handled several policy limits cases, and most recently obtained policy limits from a major insurance company for $1,250,000 for the victim of an automobile collision that occurred in Howard County. Mr. Mack was able to successfully negotiate and reduce his client’s medical bills by $100,000 so that his client received a significant amount of money while paying the least amount possible for his outstanding medical bills.
